The space
Large sliding windows lead you to the huge L shaped balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the quietness of the place or enjoy a meal under the shade. The decor is modern in style with a large comfortable couch and a beautiful dining table that sits eight.
On the 1st floor there is a large bright living room with a fireplace with direct access to a large veranda with spectacular sea view a separate kitchen, a bathroom.
On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 master). and another two with single beds. All of them enjoy access to balconies with fantastic sea-view.
All units are air conditioned and include a seating and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances: a dishwasher, oven, a microwave , fridge and washing machine.

Only five minutes away (3 km) is the beautiful beach of Voula- an organised beach with umbrellas and loungers, a bar, restaurant and shops.
Within walking distance, at 200m, you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a large bakery and coffee shop. There is a bus station at 500m from the apartment from where you can take the bus line 171 to the nearest metro station, Elliniko. Glyfada is at a distance of 4km away. At about 2 km away is the centre of Voula with a nice selection of cafes, restaurants, tavernas, wine bars, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and shops.
